Tracking your chatbot’s performance and collecting user data is crucial for any effective WhatsApp automation strategy. With BotSailor’s built-in reporting tools, you can easily view how each subscriber interacted with your input flows and export the collected data in just a few clicks.

What You Can Do

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to Bot Manager & Access Input Flow

  • Navigate to the left-hand sidebar and click on Bot Manager under the WhatsApp
  • From the list of connected bots, select the one you want to work with.
  • Click on the Input Flow section under your selected bot.
  • A list of your created input flow campaigns will appear.
  • To check responses of a specific campaign, click the View icon next to it.

2. View Subscriber Details

You’ll be redirected to the WhatsApp Subscriber Manager (Input Flow) where you can:

  • Filter by label, status, or sequence
  • Search for specific subscribers
  • View subscription and update timestamps

3. Open Individual Response & Analyze Flow Responses

Click the Input Flows under the “Subscribers Actions” to view detailed flow responses from a subscriber.

You’ll see each question and the user’s responses captured during the flow:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Any custom input

4. Export Flow Data

To export the collected responses for a particular campaign:

  • Return to the Input Flow campaign list
  • Click the Export icon for your desired campaign

5. Download CSV

The system will automatically download the responses in .csv format. You can open this file in Excel, Google Sheets, or any data processing tool for analysis.
