Bot Reply & Postback Manager in BotSailor (Facebook Bot)

Bot Reply and Postback Manager are essential components in BotSailor’s Facebook bot automation system. Together, they allow you to build dynamic, user-triggered chatbot conversations by responding to keywords and buttons with preconfigured flows. Bot Manager sections of all the platforms are almost identical. Messenger, Instagram and Webchat’s Bot Manager is equipped with Post-Back Manager unlike WhatsApp and Telegram.

Are bot replies limited to text?
No. You can include buttons, media, carousels, and trigger follow-up flows using postbacks.

How do I export or duplicate a bot reply?
