Bot Reply and Postback Manager are essential components in BotSailor’s Facebook bot automation system. Together, they allow you to build dynamic, user-triggered chatbot conversations by responding to keywords and buttons with preconfigured flows. What is the difference between a bot reply and a postback?
A bot reply is triggered by a keyword or user message. A postback is triggered when a user clicks a button or quick reply inside the bot.
Can I reuse postbacks in different bot replies?
Yes. Postbacks are modular and can be assigned across multiple replies or buttons.
Are bot replies limited to text?
No. You can include buttons, media, carousels, and trigger follow-up flows using postbacks.
How do I export or duplicate a bot reply?
Use the export (⬇️) or duplicate (📄) icons in the Actions column of the Bot Reply table.
Is it possible to create postbacks without linking them to keywords?
Yes. You can create standalone postbacks and call them from buttons, quick replies, or sequences.
With Bot Reply and Postback Manager, BotSailor lets you build interactive, modular Facebook Messenger experiences with ease. Whether you’re responding to user input or designing structured flows, these tools offer a flexible and scalable automation system — all within the Bot Inboxer dashboard.
