Action Buttons in BotSailor are pre-defined system triggers that simplify how users interact with your chatbot. From welcoming new users to switching between human and bot agents, these buttons help automate common actions without needing to build flows from scratch.
Each button is directly connected to the Visual Flow Builder, allowing you to modify the default replies or add logic tailored to your business. The reply logic is based on plain text, so updating the flow is as simple as changing the prompt text.

No, these are system-level triggers. However, you can leave the response empty or minimal if you don’t want to use them.

Are these buttons available for both Facebook and WhatsApp?
Some buttons (like Get-Started and No Match) are universal, while others (like Location Reply) are specific to platforms like Facebook.
Can I add variables in the replies?
Yes. You can use personalization tags like {{first_name}}, {{phone}}, etc., inside the flow text.
What happens if I reset action buttons?
It restores the buttons to default, but you can still fully customize them again using the flow builder.
