Yes.After connecting your Google account, you can create a new Google Sheet inside BotSailor by:
-Giving it a title.
-Adding alphanumeric column headers (no spaces or special characters).
-This helps you quickly organize your incoming contact or campaign data.
Your Sheet headers must:
-Contain only alphanumeric characters (A–Z, 0–9).
-Avoid using spaces, symbols like @, #, %, etc.
-Example of good headers: User_ID, UserName, PhoneNumber
The Sheet ID is part of your Google Sheets URL.
Example: In https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1AbcXYZ12345/edit,
the Sheet ID is 1AbcXYZ12345.
You simply paste that ID into BotSailor while adding an existing sheet.
