Flexibility for Users: Not all businesses may require a website chatbot. By making it an optional add-on, we allow users to pay only for the features they truly need, keeping the core pricing model accessible and competitive for everyone.

Focused Development: This model helps us allocate resources specifically for the add-on, ensuring top-notch functionality, reliability, and future enhancements tailored to those who actively use it.

Sustainability for Everyone: To sustain in the market and continue delivering innovative features, it’s crucial to balance customer affordability with the operational costs of offering new capabilities.

And also this feature of website chat is actually our last 3 years plan and we that time thought for a standalone software for codecanyon, Later we decide it for BotSailor. And it must be add-on as it's not needed for everyone.

And we are improving and providing a lot of new features for BotSailor everytime as free and we will continue it like that. And this website chat is different channel and it must be a optional stuff and not necessary for everyone. So it must be a addon actually.

Okay thanks for clarification. i thought as other platforms already providing omnichannel platform so you will add it in BS so it will help us to sustain in market because recently you see aisexxx launched Pay as you go plan.

Lead Capture via Chatbot:
The chatbot will have the capability to collect key details such as the visitor's name, email address, phone number, or any other custom information you want to gather during the chat.
You can design these flows using BotSailor’s intuitive drag-and-drop flow builder to ask specific questions and store responses.

Contacting Leads Again:
Once a lead is captured, their details will be saved in your subscriber list within BotSailor.
You can contact them again through follow-up messages, such as email campaigns (if integrated) or by connecting your website chatbot leads with other platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, or email services.
For example, you can set up workflows to send a thank-you email or schedule a message on WhatsApp for further engagement.

Push Notification-Like Engagement:
While this chatbot itself does not provide browser push notifications, it can redirect the user to subscribe to a push notification service (if configured on your site) or encourage them to opt-in to other communication channels like WhatsApp for real-time updates.
You can also use the chatbot to guide visitors to subscribe to SMS or email campaigns based on their preferences.

Integration with Other Tools:

2 website per users means if you have 50 users then it 100 website for $ 10 only is way cheap I think.

However as it’s completely separate and optional addon , so you may not choose it.
