The Website Chatbot is an independent live chat solution, empowering you to seamlessly engage with your website visitors. While BotSailor already supports other powerful channels like WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, and Instagram, the Website Chatbot ensures your visitors have a direct, convenient way to communicate with you while browsing your website.

Its a Great Feature , Provide with a Android & IOS App SDK also to implement in Native Apps If its a addon means then message credit will no required right ? or need to pay for addon and message credit both ? Any way release it as addon for chatpion also

And we are improving and providing a lot of new features for BotSailor everytime as free and we will continue it like that. And this website chat is different channel and it must be a optional stuff and not necessary for everyone. So it must be a addon actually. Regards

You can design these flows using BotSailor’s intuitive drag-and-drop flow builder to ask specific questions and store responses. Contacting Leads Again: Once a lead is captured, their details will be saved in your subscriber list within BotSailor. You can contact them again through follow-up messages, such as email campaigns (if integrated) or by connecting your website chatbot leads with other platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, or email services. For example, you can set up workflows to send a thank-you email or schedule a message on WhatsApp for further engagement. Push Notification-Like Engagement: While this chatbot itself does not provide browser push notifications, it can redirect the user to subscribe to a push notification service (if configured on your site) or encourage them to opt-in to other communication channels like WhatsApp for real-time updates. 2 website per users means if you have 50 users then it 100 website for $ 10 only is way cheap I think. However as it’s completely separate and optional addon , so you may not choose it. Thanks
