BotSailor's Telegram User Input Flow allows businesses to collect customer information automatically through interactive chatbot conversations. By creating a structured flow, you can ask customers questions, collect details like name, phone number, product preferences, size, and delivery address, then store or process the collected information.
In this guide, we will show how to create a Telegram order collection flow using BotSailor's Keyword Reply, Flow Builder, and User Input Flow features.
What is Telegram User Input Flow in BotSailor?
Telegram User Input Flow in BotSailor is a chatbot automation feature that helps businesses collect structured information from users through a conversation.
Instead of manually asking customers for details, businesses can create a step-by-step chatbot journey where the bot automatically asks questions and saves user responses.
For example, an eCommerce business can create a Telegram ordering flow like this:
- Customer starts chatbot
- Welcome Message
- Click "Shop Now"
- Enter Customer Name
- Enter Phone Number
- Select Product
- Select Size

- Confirm Order
This helps businesses automate customer data collection, reduce manual work, and create a better customer experience.

Add the User Input Flow block to collect customer details through automated chatbot questions.
Step 8: Create Phone Number Question
