Hello BotSailor Team, I would like to suggest adding a new "Send Shopify Product" node to the Bot Flow Builder. This node would allow businesses to send products directly from their connected Shopify stores to customers through WhatsApp, as part of an automated chatbot flow.
Suggested Features: • Select products directly from a connected Shopify store. • Search for products by name, SKU, or collection. • Send product images, names, descriptions, prices, and product links. • Support dynamic product selection using variables or customer preferences. • Automatically retrieve updated product information from Shopify. • Support product variants, such as sizes and colors. • Allow sending single or multiple products within a flow.
Example Use Case: A customer asks about a specific product on WhatsApp. The chatbot automatically retrieves the matching product from Shopify and sends its details, image, price, and purchase link. This feature would be extremely valuable for e-commerce businesses, enabling automated product recommendations and a smoother shopping experience directly through WhatsApp. Please consider adding this node to the Bot Flow Builder.
