With a simple keyword trigger, users receive a message that includes a clickable link button—enabling frictionless redirection directly from WhatsApp.
Click "Compose Next Message" from the Start step and select CTA URL Button as the message type.
Then configure the message as follows:

Now go to your connected WhatsApp account and type the trigger keyword cta.
You'll receive the configured message with the button.
When the user taps the button, WhatsApp will ask for confirmation to open the link. Upon clicking "Yes, open", the browser opens the destination URL.
The user is redirected to the desired page—e.g., the BotSailor website.
