Call-to-Action (CTA) posts are a powerful way to drive traffic, leads, or sales by encouraging users to click on a link or button. BotSailor allows you to create and schedule Facebook CTA posts effortlessly, complete with links, buttons, and auto-reply templates for follow-up engagement.
Whether you’re promoting a product page, collecting leads, or redirecting users to a signup form, this feature enables you to automate the process with precision and flexibility.
From the Facebook & Instagram Poster section on the dashboard, select the CTA Post block.
After selecting CTA Post, you’ll land on the Add CTA Post screen.
Follow these steps to complete the post setup:
Name your campaign for easy identification in the post list.
Write a short description or message that introduces the post.
Add the URL where the CTA button should direct users.
Select the type of CTA button you want to display (e.g., Learn More, Sign Up, Book Now).
Usually, this is the same as the post link, but can be different if needed.
Choose which connected Facebook page should receive this CTA post.
Optionally attach an auto-reply template to send inbox messages to commenters.
Leave it off if you want to schedule the post for later.
Set the exact time you want the post to go live.
Choose your preferred time zone (e.g., GMT+6 for Bangladesh).
Input how many times you want this post to be repeated.
Define the time interval between each repost (e.g., every 3 days).
Once everything is set, click the Submit button to finalize.
A real-time preview of how your post will appear on Facebook is shown on the right side, allowing you to verify content and design before publishing.
