The Reseller Language Configuration feature empowers you to manage the languages available within your platform. You can add new languages, translate the entire BotSailor interface and system messages, and enable your users to interact with the software in their preferred language, making it more accessible and user-friendly.

  • From your BotSailor dashboard, navigate to Settings & Integrations in the left-hand menu.
  • Under Settings & Integrations, click on Landing.

  • You will now see the "Landing Page Editor" interface, as shown in the provided image.

The Landing Page Editor is divided into several key sections, accessible via the right-hand menu: Company, Media, and Reviews.

1. Company Information:

  • Disable Landing Page: (Toggle) Choose to enable or disable your entire landing page.
  • Disable Review Section: (Toggle) Hide or show the customer review section.
  • Disable Sign Up: (Toggle) Control whether users can sign up directly from your landing page.
  • Phone No. On Sign Up: (Toggle) Require a phone number during the sign-up process.

How to Configure Languages in BotSailor Reseller Panel

Follow these steps to effectively manage languages in your BotSailor Reseller account:

1. Accessing Language Settings

  • Navigate to your BotSailor Reseller dashboard.
  • In the left sidebar, go to Settings & Integration.
  • Click on Language under the "Settings & Integration" menu.

  • From the "Languages" list, click the "eye" icon next to the language you want to translate (e.g., Bengali).
  • You will be directed to the "Translation" page. Here you'll see a table with "Key," "English," and your chosen language (e.g., "Bengali") columns.
  • You can search for specific phrases using the search bar.
  • To translate a specific piece of text:
    • Click the "pencil" (edit) icon in the column of the language you are translating.
    • Enter the translation in the input field.
    • Click outside the input field to save the translation, or press Enter.
  • Translate with AI: BotSailor offers an "Translate with AI" option to quickly translate content. Click this button to leverage AI for bulk translations. Review AI-generated translations for accuracy.
    Note: AI Translate requires Google API to be configured in your BotSailor Reseller panel.
  • Apply Changes: After making manual translations or using AI, click Apply Changes to save all modifications.
  • Clear All: If you want to remove all translations for the selected language, click Clear All.
