I am writing to raise a critical issue regarding the frequent downtimes of our official WhatsApp API platform. Over the past 90 days, we have observed recurring service interruptions, which are causing significant disruptions to our business operations. As a result, BS 50K+ users are being affected, and this is becoming unacceptable given the nature of our services.

We rely heavily on WhatsApp for marketing, chatbot automation, and AI-related activities. Frequent downtimes undermine our ability to provide reliable services to our customers, and this situation is causing a negative impact on both our reputation and user satisfaction.

I have reviewed the uptime history through UptimeRobot (https://stats.uptimerobot.com/q0rBAhL96W/796562949), and we are experiencing at least one major downtime per day. This is far below the expected reliability for a business-critical platform. As a reference, I have taken 3 white-label reseller platforms with over 99.999% uptime, and I also run a personal WhatsApp script hosted on an IONOS VPS with a consistent 99.99% uptime over the past year. Even our BS platform, hosted on Digital Ocean and Digital ocean itself has zero downtime.

Given these comparisons, it's clear that the issue lies with the server configuration and/or the underlying code structure of the official WhatsApp API platform.

Please initiate an immediate investigation into the current system’s stability issues.Provide a clear action plan with timelines for implementing the suggested improvements to ensure the platform achieves at least 99.9% uptime.Consider a comprehensive review of the current infrastructure, server setup, and codebase to address any underlying causes of downtime.

Yes, totally agree. These days the server is going down very frequently — we’re losing trust and sales because of it. Please prioritize stability over new features and make the platform reliable again.

Agree , past 15-20 days getting huge downtime where we are looking credibility and trust from our customers , kindly fix this downtime issue and make sure the existing features all are working fine without issues , then you can start development on new features

When the system fails, these operations are directly impacted, leading to chargebacks, frozen funds, and even the closure of their bank accounts. This causes major financial losses for our clients and severely damages our brand’s credibility.


We are in a critical position because we depend entirely on your system, yet ongoing instability is putting our business at serious risk. We kindly but urgently ask you to prioritize structural improvements, whether by scaling the infrastructure, redesigning the architecture, implementing a design system, or adopting any other measure that ensures high availability and reliability.


If no significant improvements are made soon, we will unfortunately be forced to migrate to our own platform, which we would prefer to avoid. We want to continue this partnership, but we need a real commitment to service stability and quality.
