Chat with human button is not working for facebook and instagram and admin not getting any email

On behalf of the customer (Ajeev),
1. I added a chat with a human button in Facebook flow but when I click that I do not get any response and also do not get mail.
2. regarding Instagram I am facing the same issue as facebook and also system default action button not showing while creating a chat with the human button.
