When a subscriber is added to BotSailor from webhook workflows like WooCommerce, Shopify, and Google Sheets, the name of the subscriber is not included. Is it possible to add the name of the subscribers? Google Sheets has a column for the names of the subscribers.

Make sure that you have mapped the user name with variable in webhook workflow at the bottom of the settings. Anyway your ticket will be also replied. What's your ticket id please ?
