#526-Possibility to manage agents and tags through the API

Hi, We need a new feature, the possibility to assign agents to conversations through the API, and also the possibility to assign Tags through the API. This feature would improve BS very much. So please consider to implement ASAP.

We have considered the feature request for adding API for Team Member/ Agent and Tag/Label . We have assigned our developers to implement it. We will update here about our progress periodically. Thanks
