Already connected api number suddenly stop receiving messages and we need to reconnect again and again after some hours than only it works.

I am not sure what actually happening for new accounts. It should work as like all others. If you still face problem, please someone create a support ticket and provide information in our support ticket to check the matter whats actually happening there.
