The message counting system is not clear.
My customers have been confused about it.
When sending a message it takes 3 credits, when reading the message it takes another.
When receiving a message it takes more...

I think it is a bit confusing... Could you improve it so that it only counts 1 message for each outgoing message? Incoming messages should not charge credits.

Is there a reason why this works like this?
My plans are based on contacts + messages. This forces me to leave the messages unlimited and reduce customer confusion.

To clarify your question:

When a message is sent, it consumes 1 credit.
BotSailor also tracks the message status (sent or failed), which uses 1 more credit.
Receiving read reports from your subscribers consumes an additional 1 credit.
Finally, when you receive any message, it consumes 1 credit as well.


In total, a successfully sent, delivered, read, and responded-to message will consume 4 credits. I hope this will explain your doubts.
