Feature in WhatsApp Responses

Hello,
I would like to request the Signatures feature.
How should it work?
When an agent or a department assigned to a conversation responds to a WhatsApp message, the recipient (the customer) should know who is replying.
To achieve this, I need each message to be accompanied by a "signature" indicating who is responding. For example, it could show "John from Sales Department" or just "Sales Department."
This way, the customer will always know who is addressing their queries.

As far I know, WhatsApp doesn't have signature or persona feature. However I am not 100% sure though. I will check about it.

I have assigned my developer team to implement it. I have given all instruction how it will be implemented. Hopefully very soon signature message sending option will be available in BotSailor for WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and Website Chat .

"BOT AUTO ENABLE TIME" is not functioning as it should. After the allotted period, the bot is not activated.

instead of using the time keep Buttons. The "Bot Replay Disable" bot response is paused when an agent joins the chat. "Bot Replay Enable" was the bot's response Resume when agent Leave the chat.
