It's $10 only for 2 websites for every users. As example if you have 10000 users, you can allocate to 20000 webchat , the cost is only $10. This is way and way cheap anyway. Thanks

I need to capture leads from Facebook Messenger through my website, without requiring the user to return to the Messenger app to send a message. Is it possible to do this? 1. Capture the user directly within the native chat on the website. 2. Add them to the Messenger subscriber list. 3. Use the broadcast tool to send messages to them. Is this achievable?

Currently we have provided reseller to user their own for their business and test the feature. We have no plan to provide reselling option by default except getting the add-on for website chat. Thanks

Hi , I tested the Website Live chat, its nice but i hope its not fully completed, lot's of things to implement , here are the few things i had noticed Admin Panel : 1. Can't add name to that particular Chat 2. Resolve Option is Not available 3. Canned response / is not available 4. After Adding the Email id , there is no save button 5. custom fields adding via livechat not available 6. reply to the message is not available Website Live chat ( customer end ) : 1. User's are not getting Notification if we send a message 2. Record Audio is Not Working 3. UI is Not that Much Good , Kindly Checkout Crisp , Livechat.com for UI reference 4. Load more is there as static , no need of that if there is no data means right , kindly remove that 5. Currently, the chatbot carousel displays one item at a time, making it look more like a slider. To enhance visibility and usability, update the carousel to display 2–3 items at once. This approach will make it clear that it’s a scrollable carousel, similar to the Instagram style, where users can swipe or scroll horizontally to view more items. 6. In Presist Menu added the URLs is not opening Kindly Provide a Update on this Thank you

Happy to hear but I'm still not happy with the revenue model. We'll be paying an recurring amount to use webchat as addon and we'll be paying for the chats as credits will be consumed. Either don't count the credits used by webchat or remove the recurring fee. Why do we need to pay in two ways for using one feature ? We've already paid for a white label lifetime and already paying for credits then recurring for a feature doesn't makes any sense. Just place yourself in our shoes and tell if you'll be ready to pay in two ways for using a single feature ?

Yes, That would suit us for selling. But having two prices for the same feature is not a good idea and it is tough to monetizable
