Ai Bot assigned as per Label

Many Times we deal completely different product with other products. But as I trained my gpt model for one product, now if customer enquiry about my another product then it start answering to merge two things. Can we simply assign a label with AI chat bot so we can control, in which label AI need to respond and other not. Also, could be design it like option to trained a model for one label only. so we can trained many models with the set of other labels for other products.
