Hi , Theres an bug/issue with my bot on Telegram groups welcome message. it never shows the #UserFistName on the welcome messages ( Only in Telegram groups )

I've check back and forth with Ticket support, whats app support. Dev ticket, theres even a session where a support assist to check using team viewing and yet the issue is still not solved.

Support on ticket advised to wait once it is fixed i will be notify, but its another month went by with this. Please assist on this and kindly provide a exact date where i can expect this to be fix cause its taking sooooo long. Many thanks in advanced

hi, if this issue is cant be resolved simply tell me so, i have been waiting and contacting back and forth with support, bug report and dev ticket. nothing seems to help. kindly do not waste anymore time and provide a final solution. much thanks

Hi, it still does not work in telegram groups.

i have tested with existing bot, tried to change the welcome messages and #UserNameFirst and Last.
tried with a new bot as well. the username still doesnt included in welcome messages when new user join a telegram group. welcome messages that include username still only works in private direct messaging the bot

on telegram all the bot settings of group privacy is disabled as well. not sure if that helps.
