I have recently added 1 lakh subscribers and completed a broadcasting campaign. However, due to the large volume of subscribers, the live chat feature has become extremely slow and occasionally hangs, even with a good internet connection and a high-configuration PC.

I need to delete around 100k subscribers, all under a single label. Deleting them in batches of 500 is time-consuming and inefficient. Therefore, I would like to request a bulk deletion option or kindly assist by performing the deletion on your end.

I have also reached out to the live chat support team, but I haven’t received a response yet. Your help with this matter would be greatly appreciated

Yes i phased same issue.. live chat getting very slows if brodcast sent to 50K numbers even not able to delete all numbers in a single click.
please bring this essential feature and still improve live chat.
