Hello. Is it possible in Live Chat, to show only unread message or only subscribers sent message to us? Because when all message there, include the broadcasting, the chatbot, then we don't know who is reply or responding. If there a lots of subscribers, then it hard to check.

Yes i am agree with this ideas. Also, create the category for message template will be awesome So my team member can find and reply using specified message template according the category of saved message template

Yes must required feature along with this chat can filter using filter so we can create filters like closed, under process, opened etc. so this will help us to manage like small CRM. thank you
