I would also like to propose an idea that could further elevate BotSailor's capabilities. Would it be possible to develop a standalone software dedicated to managing the WhatsApp Business API, incorporating all the features available for both small and large businesses? This software could also include a built-in function to open WhatsApp Web by scanning directly from within BotSailor’s program.

Additionally, I’ve noticed that the latest update has removed the back button in the live chat section. This feature was quite useful for navigating between chats, and I believe restoring it could enhance user convenience.

This could greatly ease the experience for many of your clients, especially as some find it challenging to consistently access the web platform to fully benefit from the WhatsApp Business API. By simplifying this process, you could set BotSailor apart from other solutions and potentially become the first to offer such a comprehensive tool tailored to this need.
