I am using the bot reply with "hi" as a trigger keyword and setting the matching type as exact keyword match, and testing, while testing i am sending "hi there, hi i want to know more about abc" like this , since it is in exact keyword match it should not send the reply right , but it is sending , what is the meaning then of "exact keyword match" and "string match" ,

i shared the screenshots to your livechat , its happending from today onwards, fix it as prority , the complete botsailor's usecase is demolising with this improper flow.....

check and fix it

Hello Danial,

When you are using "hi" as an exact match keyword, the bot will look for the "hi" in the message and if it finds "hi" in any message it will trigger the bot reply and that is right. But if you create an exact match keyword as "hi there" the bot will look for "hi there" in the message. For example if a message contains "hi i want to learn more" the bot will not trigger because it will not find "hi there" in the message. But if the user sends a message like "hi there i want to know more" it will trigger the bot reply because "hi there" is present in the message.
