#856-Play voice customer in livechat

Hello my botsailor team the livechat currently in botsailor is not good, because we can not play it the same tabe. when we click user's voice in livechat in PC, it will open the new tabe to play it but when use it in the mobile phone it will be download, so that what i mean livechat not good. it is difficult for it we need click play it in the same tabe livechat it's good and the mobile need available it also. I hope you understand me and it is important for user. hope update it fast Thanks
