Ecommerce Product Sync Not Working for last 2 days ( from 12th sept ) onwards for many of my customers , sending screenshots , videos , messages to your support number ( +880 1729-853645 ) , none of them are replying , do some reply , give any solutions atleast

Team, our new customers all facing this issue. Please check on this ASAP
It should work now as we found some issue from WhatsApp end that's not providing retailer Id. We now found that, it's again started to provide the retailer id. Please now check what happening. For that, try to delete just the catalog from BotSailor and sync again should work fine.
