you need to improve because not working as push notification or need to do hard refresh or logout and login again than shows all notifications suddenly.
After that i checked on multiple contacts it's working but some error or may be an improvement as
1. not able to add multiple reminder on same time
2. sometime sound not coming
3. sometime notification not shows if i am on another browser tab or window
4. Also add all notifications into bell icon so i can see missed notification and take folloup.

As new update and JS code is given , so it may need some refresh to remove cache.

Multiple reminder option not available and it's actually not necessary for support purpose. Because after one reminder agent can give reply and if he decide he will need to give another answer in future then he can set it again. Multiple reminder is unnecessary here.

We will check your other issues as we found it's working good in our testing. We will test more.
