We’re experiencing an issue with Botsailor on WhatsApp: despite creating and preparing our message template for broadcasting, all messages are showing 0% delivery, 0% open rates, and 100% unreached.

Have you added a payment method on your WhatsApp Cloud API? Without adding a payment method WhatsApp doesn't allow to send Message templates. For more details you can open a ticket on our support desk or send us a message on the WhatsApp from the BotSailor's home page.
