Never seen such worst customer support

For the past week, none of our issues have been resolved. Whenever we raise a ticket, we receive responses like: "As our senior dev engineer is on vacation, we can assure you that this will be solved soon. If you have any other inquiries, feel free to let us know." We are paying for your service, and frankly, it doesn’t matter to us if your developer is on vacation or has left the company—we need support. If I were to say I have financial issues and would renew later but ask for an extension of my validity without payment, would you accept that? I’ve lost a minimum of five customers due to these unresolved issues.
Additionally, a few months ago, the price increased significantly when Facebook and Instagram were added. Yet, to this day, no videos or proper documentation have been provided for resellers. It seems like you’re eager to take our money but fail to deliver the necessary support, documentation, and videos.
