programming the message sending delay between the first contact and the 2nd contact ...
Michael Sherrod
Hello Botsailor Support Team, I hope you are doing well!
I want to create a chatbot with which I want to send a message containing a video, and I want there to be a time interval of 30 seconds to one minute between sending the first message to the first contact and sending the 2nd message to the 2nd contact until I finish all my customer database. I give you an example: I have a database of 1000 customer contacts (Whatsapp number) and I want to send 1 message to these 1000 Whatsapp contacts in my customer database, and I want to program a message sending delay of 30 seconds to one minute between the first contact and the 2nd contact until I finish the 1000 Whatsapp contacts
P.S: the reason why I want to set this sending delay is to avoid my Whatsapp Business number being banned by Meta.
Can you do this?

You can set delay for each message. There is delay option during creating chatbot flow for each block.
Thanks

What it means is that in the broadcasting section, when you send a mass message to 1,000 contacts, these messages should not all be sent at the same time. Instead, a message should be sent to each lead every 30 seconds.
