Team can see the live chat message by default but after refresh they can't able to see the live chat message

When the admin assigned any chat to his team member. team can able to send message to the assigned chat member.
But at the time when admin removes the assigned chat to the team member, If the customer still sends a message, the team still be able to see that message and send a message to the customer by default
But when the team refreshes the live chat it disappears the customer message. and again if customer sends any message it appear in the team live chat
