I am seeking assistance with canceling a remarketing campaign via a webhook call. I have encountered difficulties implementing this functionality.
I attempted to use the Condition function with tags, but it did not work as expected. While this approach has been successful in some cases, it does not resolve the specific issue I am facing.
To explain further, the client has three active remarketing campaigns: "abandoned cart," "card declined," and "purchase approved." The problem arises when the client receives the "purchase approved" notification but continues to receive remarketing messages for "abandoned cart" and "card declined." I have not found an option to cancel one remarketing campaign based on the webhook call.
I tried resolving this using tags but was unsuccessful. Therefore, I am requesting your assistance in finding an appropriate solution to cancel the unwanted remarketing campaigns.

In this case we actually need to check how you have set your webhook work flow and what condition you have implemented. About abandoned cart, you can't actually set it with webhook workflow as the cart may get checkout later but it has not any affect for other webhook workflow campaign. Anyway, please open a support ticket in our support desk providing your account email and password where you have set up the campaign to check by us.
