24Hour session window bug

Hello team,
I found bug in 24 hour session window.
My client send campaign to 20K subscribers and marketing template was deliver with video but after that he tried to send broadcast to 24hour session subscriber so it was showing 99% subscriber is inside 24hour window but this is totally wrong because BS panel starting 24hour window after sending template message.
as per META policy user reply after that 24hour window start so your system shows wrong information fix this bug and check details explained video i shared over your support number.
along with this message delivery timestamp on BS panel and excel report is totally differ so fix this bug also.
