in live chat , all chat with user's name and last message is there ,

in that want to mention "admin : last message text" ,like that to differentiate who sent message lastly, it will help us to know who sent message last , so no need to open that and see who sent last , for reference take whatsapp , you can see "single tick or double tick" tag before the message if sent by us , nothing will be there if sent by user , like that if you put tick also fine , some difference needed

Yes nice feature and quick implimentation but i can't see last messaged name like bot or agent without refreshing.
so everytime i need to refresh to check which number which user interected so make it ajax based.
