Is there a way that when messages come into the Live chat we can be alerted or even Botsailor make a ping noise so we know new message/s have come in.

This will help our clients replying to clients quicker.

We have already option to get ping noise and also browser notification. Please make sure that you didn't block the notification from browser. You can enable it also from Live Chat section top bar.
