Hello Sir,

If we want to add user details like addresses, personal information, lead stage, etc., we need user attributes. Can you identify which helps with user information reminders for us?
We know there is a tag option, but attributes are different from tags.

You can add custom fields for it please which is similar to attribute. Custom fields and attributes are same. However currently manually adding value for custom field not available. It need to be added from Bot builder. In future we will provide option to add custom field value soon.

I already used it, but it's not effective when we go to user data and a custom field is added. A custom field is added through the chatbot only & by the user only. That's why we ask for attributes.

We are considering it to implement. We are keeping the custom field. And giving option to assign value manually from Live Chat section. And also will display custom fields values. We have instructed our developer to implement it as soon as possible.

We have implemented this feature by providing option to add data for custom field manually and we are displaying it in Live Chat and Subscriber details page. We will release the update very soon.
