1. While using WhatsApp Pay ( Physical Products ) - does anyone getting correct address details ( door number , street , city , pincode ) to do courier ? atleast provide a form to integrate before payment & pass that form details in order webhook

2. For our Customer's its not possible to add more then 10 team members - So we can't able to approach any corporate client's in that case, Kindly Provide some add-on option at least to get additional extra user's

3. Please do over the API call in chatbot , save the response in custom fields and use them again in the bot. Possibility of POST, GET requests.

4. Provide option to send image in api ( inside 24hrs window , we can send any text right, like that provide for image as well )

5. reply message in live chat , if any customer replied to our message , in our live chat we can able to see that, its headache process to ask the user to send again

6. Provide option to assign team member in webhook

7. Provide connect account api

8. Provide custom register url , like pricing page option given

9. the chat widget UI Is not really good , refer gallabox chat widget builder , provide like that good UI

10. Webhook is taking around 1- 3 minutes to receive to customer , which is really a long long time , provide some quick option
