This is an update regarding the feature request made three months ago (https://botsailor.com/forum/thread/291-request-for-reinstatement-and-upgrade-of-e-commerce-features-on-telegram).

The feature was initially available in Botsailer, which was one of the reasons we subscribed to the service. However, it has since been removed, and we would like to inquire about its reinstatement or any alternatives available.

Clearly for some unknown reason Telegram's e-commerce integration has been removed, which has raised concerns for our business operations. We frequently use WooCommerce and ChatPion e-commerce, and one of the reasons we subscribed to BotSailer was to utilize the Telegram e-commerce feature. Despite asking about this multiple times, we haven't received a clear answer. Instead, the BotSailer team asked us to vote on the matter, and we expressed our interest in bringing back Telegram e-commerce. However, it hasn't been restored, and our posts about this concern in the BotSailer Facebook community group are being declined and deleted.

Could you please explain why this feature was removed and if there are any alternative solutions being developed to replace it? Does the e-commerce integration feature work in a similar way and be considered an alternative?

Alternatively, is it possible to integrate an e-commerce solution like WooCommerce that can work similarly and be implemented across all four chatbot channels (Telegram, Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp)? Ideally, users should be able to view and purchase products directly within the social media channels' chatbots, with receipts sent to them in a similar manner to how ChatPion e-commerce functioned.

Thank you for your assistance.
