Dear Community members, We would like to let you know that we are now actively addressing all feature requests posted on our forum. Our team is committed to reviewing and implementing your suggestions to continuously improve the BotSailor platform. Let’s have a look -

Feature requests that are already Implemented

1. Broadcast SMS to work independently - ✅
2. Campaign status report with delivered and undelivered message counts, and add functionality to resend undelivered messages
3. Delivered and undelivered message counts are already implemented- ✅
4. Resend functionality is valueless for WhatsApp because it is stopped by WhatsApp itself. WhatsApp will not send it later again also. However, we will consider implementing it for other channels.
5. UPI Payment from WhatsApp - ✅
6. AI Automatic Language Translation in Live Chat - ✅
7. WhatsApp Pay for Commerce - ✅
8. Easy One Webhook Enable for Retailer ID - ✅
9. Subscriber enhancement. Provide API to read all the subscribers from BotSailor using API as like adding- ✅
10. Webhook for ‘Retailer ID’: Enabled access to "Retailer ID" in webhooks for UPI payment redirection and other purposes in India- ✅
11. Allow Custom CSS- ✅
12. Customised Dashboard for Resellers- ✅
13. Download as CSV all information subscribers- ✅


Feature Requests that we are taking on special note & considering to Implement

1. Embedded Sign-up
2. Get Started, Command and Ice breaker management from BotSailor
3. WhatsApp business profile settings from BotSailor
4. Possibility to manage agents and tags through the API
5. Integrate ChatGPT Assistant API to BotSailor
6. Carousel template addition for WhatsApp
7. Verify COD orders and turn order status from "on hold" to "processing" through WooCommerce API
8. Add token and business account ID in user create API
9. Warning message before sending template message- When sending message templates to our active 24-hour window subscribers, it goes straight to their inbox as soon as I click the message
10. template.- Please add a warning message that shows message preview in popup and then when someone click "Ok" then it should go to customer inbox.
11.New additional fields in the CRM and also a function to click on the contact and go directly to chat with the user in the live chat.
12. When any random person takes a Demo plan, we just get his Mail ID. It would be better if we also get the prospect's contact number.
13. Time Stamp for old chat .When we see old chats. It shows only the date. it should also show the time of message with date.
14. Inside the 24 Hour Window It should show how much time is left before the chat expires.
15. WhatsApp Flows webhook dosnt include subscriber id label contact names.. connecting to webhook doesn't make sense if we need to ask the user their name and number again.
16. Enable saving mapped webhook data into custom fields for future campaign use and subscriber filtering in BotSailor.
17. Filter in Live Chat to Search by Tags
