Understanding How BotSailors Message Credits Works When you use our service, message credits are used as follows: 1. Sending a Message: - Each message you send costs 1 credit. - This applies whether you are messaging clients, customers, or team members. 2. Message Delivery: - When a message is delivered (indicated by a double tick mark), 1 additional credit is deducted. 3. Read Status: - When the recipient reads the message (indicated by a green tick mark), 1 more credit is deducted. 4. Recipient Reply: - When the recipient replies to your message, another credit is deducted. Summary: - A two-way conversation results in a total of 4 credits being deducted: - 1 credit for sending the message - 1 credit for message delivery - 1 credit for the recipient reading the message - 1 credit for the recipient's reply
