#258-Labels conditional reply

- Currently we only have system and custom fields conditional reply, we also need Labes conditional reply - Sequence feature: we need to be able to specify the Labes of the users that will get the sequence, if not present the message is not sent. One simple example is: we create a sequence when the visitor is target as lead, but he buys the product, so we remove lead label and add customer label... after that he must not get the sequence messages.
