#2423-API & Export Access to Chatbot Node Statistics

Description:

We would like to request programmatic access to the chatbot node-level statistics that are currently visible in the UI at the top of each node view, specifically:

SentDeliveredSubscribersErrors

These metrics are already calculated and displayed in the platform UI; however, they are not currently accessible via any public API, export, or reporting endpoint.

Requested Capabilities:

We are requesting one or more of the following options to access these statistics:

Use Case / Business Impact:

We need these metrics to:

Consolidate chatbot performance data into our internal reporting systemsTrack delivery and error rates at a granular (node) levelAnalyze funnel performance and subscriber behavior across chatbot flowsAutomate reporting without relying on manual UI screenshots

Without API or export access, it is currently not feasible to scale analytics or maintain accurate historical reporting.

Additional Context:

Since these statistics already exist and are displayed in the UI, exposing them via API or reporting interfaces would significantly improve developer experience and enable deeper integrations without requiring new metric calculations.

Providing programmatic access to chatbot node statistics would unlock advanced analytics, improve automation, and reduce manual reporting overhead for teams building on the platform.
