#202-Arabic Translation and RTL Support

A very important feature so that the botsailor will be usable in the middle east, currently it supports Arabic language but the problem is RTL isn't supported. Arabic words are unreadable with LTR format. If you can add auto matic translation or .json file translation upload will be best instead of changing each strings manually.
