Suggestion to Centralize Connected Accounts and Optimize the Menu

I would like to suggest an improvement related to managing connected accounts on the platform. Currently, each integration adds its own item to the side menu, which ends up making the platform look cluttered and, in some cases, even confusing. My suggestion is to create a single menu option called “Connect Account”, where it would be possible to manage all connected accounts in one place. This would allow offering an organized omnichannel chat experience to customers. Additionally, it would enable providing full automation only for WhatsApp, while other platforms would have access exclusively to the chat/shared messaging feature. I believe this change would bring a much cleaner, more efficient, and scalable experience for both us and our customers.

We’ve updated the interface to include a centralized “Connect Account” menu, streamlining your account management and reducing clutter. Resellers can also access menu management features to enhance organization.
