Hi, Some of our bots have been running for more than 3–4 months, but occasionally they stop working due to errors like “image ID not valid” or “video ID not valid.” When this happens, the bots stop functioning, and the issue often goes unnoticed. Usually, the user checks the bot error log only after 3–4 days, by which time hundreds or even thousands of errors may have accumulated. To address this, we request that you provide a webhook option for admin alerts. We would like to set up a template message from our number saying something like: “Bot is not working — please check and fix it.” We will configure this template in the webhook option. With this setup, if any of our customers encounter a bot error, we can not only log the error but also send a WhatsApp message from our own number, so the issue can be resolved quickly. We're requesting this to be sent from our number because sometimes the customer's number may have its own issues. If the alert is sent from their number, it may fail. That’s why we’re asking to send the alert from our panel instead. Thank you!

Yes it would be great to add option for all logs.

About the media id not found or video id not found, we have already given an update. As this was happened when media is uploaded to WhatsApp, it's validity is 30 days by WhatsApp. Now we have managed it by reuploading file after each 30 days to refresh the media id. So this problem may not happen in future. And about webhook setup for bot error, we will think about it in future sure. Thanks

Yes, i understand the whatsapp issue, i didnt say issue on that, i am asking about the webhook setup for bot error , so we can notify users, and that error i said for example only, any kind of error we can send right....

Please provide this error notification to client and reseller admin email so we can get notified and fix.
