(again 4x) New messages show only on reload page

Repeating the message for the fourth time, as its happening again and the other thread is marked as solved:

Hey, guys,

We are having an issue in which our agents' messages only show up after refreshing the page. And clients' new messages seem to be having a similar problem. Have you guys seen this before? What can we do to fix it?

More details about the issues:
1.
A client sends a message
Our agent replies, but the reply doesn's show up in the chat window right away
Our agent refreshes the page and it shows up

2. New messages from clients are not being updated automatically, our agent needs to refresh the page for everything to appear

on the other thread @BotSailor answered: Sorry for the problem that you have encountered last days. It was a pusher limit exceed issue from our account. We have increase the limit, it will work now as expected.

The BotSailor system is functioning properly, and this issue should not occur in live chat. If you are still experiencing this problem, please open a ticket with our support desk.
