kindly explain how the count is updated in the attached broadcast status https://prnt.sc/6TQGfyKyYEW3 For the broadcast which was sent yesterday the targeted no. mentioned is 950 from which 714 are delivered ( success ) and 305 is unreached ( failure ) which come to total of 1019 and not 950
Also the Opened % should be calculated on the no. of messages delivered and not on the targeted no. With reference to the above data it give us wrong info of opened %
