Urgent – Essential Improvement for Workflow Optimization

Please consider this request urgently.

When our clients have their numbers banned and have long workflows, we are forced to recreate everything from scratch, which can take days of work. A simple solution would be to allow direct replacement of the banned number with a new one or provide an option to copy the entire structure to another account without having to test each element manually. This would significantly reduce manual effort and prevent client frustration due to long waiting times.

Additionally, the workflow builder needs optimization. Clients with extensive workflows face difficulties because, when connecting one block to an identical one, they must manually recreate the entire automation chain. Implementing the ability to directly connect identical blocks would eliminate this unnecessary rework.

I have been requesting improvements for a long time, but my feedback has never been addressed. I have been a customer for over two years and still haven’t seen my voice heard. I hope this time you will take these suggestions into consideration.

Yes you're right..
many months ago i told to migrate WABA account from one reseller to another reseller but they don't have this scope as of now.
