Would it be possible to start a flow with a trigger that contains part of the text sent by the lead? Example: I would like to start the flow whenever the lead types any term that contains LR25. So, if the lead sends LR25RM13358 it would start the flow. Is it possible?

Yes, that's possible in BotSailor! When setting up keywords in the Start Bot Flow, select String Match as the keyword type and enter your keyword: LR25. Any message that contains "LR25" will trigger the bot. For example, if a user sends "LR25kuwejj", the bot will activate.
