At this moment Image and audio isn't analyze by AI Assistant. But good news is we have already implemented the Image, Audio, Video analysis by AI Assistant and we will release it with in few days.

And about restricted keyword disappear, it's expected behavior when you enable intent detection. Because in intent detection you can provide restricted topics in better way and AI will analyze it better and set action like predefined message flow.

Ok, a client's account still shows the restricted keywords. In my admin account it doesn't.

Also, the bot's response keywords don't differentiate between string match or exact match.
So it tests it by sending an audio. Me and a client respond to audios. Not to photos.

It’s possible that your client is still seeing the options due to a cache issue. If they log out and log back in or perform a hard refresh, the issue should be resolved. Instead of restricted keywords, we recommend using intent detection, which provides a more effective solution.
